Catering Ice Cream for restaurants.

For 30 years we have been producing and selling our ice creams with the simple principle that straightforward quality, locally sourced ingredients make the best products.

Ingredients which we are lucky enough are right on our doorstep in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Such as the milk & many of the soft fruits we use in our ice creams & sorbets are sourced from local farms.

We also make many ourselves such as our gooey fudge brownies,creamy vanilla fudge or crisp & crunchy cinder toffee.
We pride ourselves on the fact that our ice cream is not only delicious but local and with sustainability in mind.

2lt catering containers

For kitchen use we recommend our tough 2lt container to minimize spoilage , with the addition of a little vegetable glycerine for easy scooping. We get 15 good scoops of Ice Cream per tub.

4.5lt Napoli trays

For larger volumes try our Napoli trays are also great for catering if you need something a little bigger.
These hold 30-50 scoops of Ice Cream.
