Christmas Ice Creams & Sorbets Yes thats right its almost that time of year again & with many restaurants already having released there Christmas menus we decided its high time we published our own Christmas Ice Creams & Sorbets list! This years offering is a nice mix of our classic seasonal favourites & a few new recipes to keep things fresh. We hope there is something here for everyone but if you cant find what your after don’t forget our bespoke recipe service as we are always up for trying something new & delicous! Christmas Ice Creams Christmas Pudding Ice Cream – Spices, dried fruits & plenty of brandy going into this Christmas classic. Cointreau & Orange Ice Cream – Smooth French liqueur & Orange Zest make this a wonderful accompaniment to most seasonal desserts. Mince Pie Ice Cream – This Ice Cream is made with our own made Mince Pies and tastes… Like Mince Pies! Damson & Sloe Gin Ice Cream – Our own made Norfolk Sloe Gin & Norfolk Damsons make this seasonal Ice Cream. Cinnamon Ice Cream – A delicate & addictive flavour popular all year round. Clotted Cream Ice Cream – Our own made crusty clotted cream adds a real richness to this Ice Cream. Nutmeg Ice Cream – A popular inclusion for milk products around the world this spice adds a real zing to Ice Cream.
